This is a group project focusing on fragrance launch. Our group created a new scent fragrance base on Le Labo’s current product offering and customer base. We also created a detailed business plan on pop-up launch tour within the U.S. to promote the new fragrance.

Pechoin is a traditional Chinese herbal beauty and skincare brand. Work in teams, we launch Pechoin in the United States with a direct operation store and wholesale through Sephora. The project involved a significant amount of research, including country research, market research, and marketing strategy, and customer loyalty program. We have also set realistic goals and objectives.
Duvelleroy and Faure Le Page Collaboration Event Marketing
This is a event created for two French luxury houses to join together and bring a royal experience for customer. Event details including museum exhibition, “haute couture” products, auction event, and opening reception.

This App include five features such as beauty, styling, home, and yoga. This project also included marketing campaign and social media marketing campaign.
